VISION Enhance the success and growth of the Trade Center Create a primary water entrance to Hutchinson Island Establish a street network linking existing and future development on the Island Define a framework of blocks with flexible development options Identify potential public attractions, a possible hotel, and complementary mixed-use areas that serve both residents and visitors Support river connections with a water ferry stop and maintenance facility Preserve and enhance views of Savannah’s riverfront and skyline |
